The objective of TOLNATEJ Tolna Megyei Tejipari Zrt. is to manufacture products of a quality standard that makes them highly marketable both in Hungary and on international markets, thereby enhancing the reputation and standing of our company.
The management of our company considers quality and the development of food safety awareness among our employees to be among its most important responsibilities. Accordingly, we pursue quality-oriented management practices, leadership and business operations. Management is committed to maintaining the effectiveness and sustainable continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Our quality policy is centred on the CUSTOMER. Our fundamental principle is therefore to ensure that our products are safe and that their quality, in addition to fully complying with applicable food legislation and other regulatory requirements, optimally meets the needs of our customers. We prevent the possibility of food fraud through risk assessment-based monitoring.
We achieve these objectives through properly maintained equipment, qualified personnel and an effectively operating quality management system. The ethical and personal responsibility of the employees involved in implementation provides an additional safeguard.
To ensure the effective and continuous improvement of the quality of our products, we make maximum use of information received from our customers and incorporate it into our system. Employee feedback on issues relating to food safety, efficiency and environmental awareness is also of particular importance.
We also impose the high-level requirements defined by food management standards (IFS) on our suppliers.
In order to achieve our targeted product quality, we select only suppliers who are able to guarantee the consistently high quality standards specified by us over the long term.
It is important to us that our products comply with HALAL and KOSHER requirements. Therefore, we purchase only materials and equipment that are certified or otherwise comply with the applicable requirements. During production, we comply with both HALAL and KOSHER requirements.
Our objectives can only be achieved with professionally qualified employees, well-organized work and a commitment to quality. Therefore, by raising awareness of the importance of quality work, we aim to establish and maintain a quality-focused approach among the employees of TOLNATEJ Zrt. through continuous training and professional development.
